At the heart of this Linotte lies a Touraine pear jam, delicately scented with Madagascan vanilla, whose fruity and luminous sweetness evokes the richness of the Loire Valley orchards.
In this creation, pear is paired with 68% Peruvian dark chocolate, organic and fair trade, featuring subtle notes of cinnamon and cardamom, along with caramelized pecans that add crunch and indulgence.

To fully enjoy its flavor, warm your Linotte Tourangelle in a 180°C (350°F) oven for 2 to 5 minutes. This will restore its full softness and melting center, just as if it had just come out of the oven.
