    You can store your Linotte cookie for at least 10 days in an airtight container, away from heat and moisture.


    If you'd like to keep your cookie for later, place it in the freezer in a container designed for that purpose. When you're ready, simply reheat them in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 350°F before indulging.

Each Linotte is handcrafted artisanally at the time of your order, ensuring unmatched freshness when you taste it. Warm them in the oven for 2 to 5 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) to restore their melting texture and enjoy an exceptional gourmet experience.

ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

All our Linottes are made from organic whole wheat flour*, crafted with artisanal expertise passed down from father to son by the miller Fleur de Berry. The wheat comes from heritage varieties, carefully cultivated and stone-ground on the farm. Unlike modern wheat, these varieties are richer in vitamins and minerals, and their gluten is often better tolerated by those with sensitivities.

FREE-RANGE EGGS

For the preparation of our Linottes, we use exclusively organic, free-range eggs produced by the farm “L’Œuf Bio de Touraine” in Manthelan, just 40 minutes from our workshop. This close proximity allows us to ensure freshness, quality, and traceability in every creation.

ORGANIC CHURNED BUTTER

We use exclusively organic butter, churned in traditional barrel churns from the finest milks collected in Brittany, for the preparation of our Linottes. This traditional process, with its slow churning and mixing of the cream, ensures an exceptional result. It is this expertise and exacting standard that give each Linotte its unique melting texture and inimitable flavor.

FINE CHOCOLATES

At Linotte, we have chosen excellence by using only premium chocolates from the Belgian chocolatier Barry Callebaut in each of our Linottes. The fineness and refinement of these chocolates invite you on a journey into a world of endless indulgence.

A core value for us, all the chocolates we use are made from sustainably sourced cocoa beans. In this regard, Maison Linotte actively supports the Cocoa Horizons program, which works to improve the livelihoods of small cocoa farmers and their communities, while promoting responsible cocoa cultivation that respects nature and its ecosystem.
