    You can store your Linotte cookie for at least 10 days in an airtight container, away from heat and moisture.


    If you'd like to keep your cookie for later, place it in the freezer in a container designed for that purpose. When you're ready, simply reheat them in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 350°F before indulging.

ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

All our cookies are made from organic whole wheat flour handcrafted by the producer & miller from father to son, Fleur de Berry. The wheat used for this flour comes from old varieties grown by the producer and milled on stone wheel on the farm. Unlike modern wheat, these old varieties guarantee you more vitamins and minerals and their glutens are very often better tolerated by people sensitive to wheat gluten.​

FREE-RANGE EGGS

For the preparation of our cookies, we use exclusively organic chicken eggs from free-range hens. These eggs are produced by the farm "L'oeuf Bio de Touraine", located in Manthelan in Indre-et-Loire and only 40 minutes from our workshop.

ORGANIC CHURNED BUTTER

We exclusively use butter made in a barrel churn from the finest organic milks collected in Brittany for the preparation of our cookies. This traditional production process involves slow churning and kneading of the creams for an exceptional result. It is this attention to detail and craftsmanship that give Linotte cookies their unique texture and taste.

FINE CHOCOLATES

At Linotte, we have chosen excellence by exclusively using fine chocolates from the Belgian chocolatier, Barry Callebaut, in each of our recipes. The finesse and refinement of these chocolates will transport you into a world of infinite indulgence.

All the chocolates we use are made from sustainable cocoa beans. As such, Maison Linotte is a strong supporter of the Cocoa Horizons program, which aims to improve the living standards of small cocoa farmers and their communities, and to promote a responsible cocoa culture in harmony with nature and its ecosystem.
