Linotte is a young artisanal pâtisserie based in the French city of Tours, founded in November 2023 by Ismaël Méité, a native of the region and passionate advocate of his homeland. Located in the heart of Touraine—nicknamed 'The Garden of France'—Tours is a land of gastronomy with an exceptional historical and natural heritage, earning it the UNESCO designation of 'International City of Gastronomy'.

Through each of its creations, Maison Linotte celebrates elegance and the French art of living, with a new ambition: to unite exceptional taste with responsibility.

For this reason, we have chosen to use only exceptional ingredients in our products, sourced from organic farming and sustainable production channels. Every raw material is carefully selected according to strict criteria of quality, traceability, and respect for people, animals, and the planet.
